The Somerville Housing Authority (SHA) announces a PUBLIC HEARING regarding the 2026 Federal Annual Plan and 2027 State Annual Plan.
The Plan(s) and related documents will be available during regular business hours at the Somerville Housing Authority, 30 Memorial Road and the City of Somerville, Housing Division, 50 Evergreen Ave, Somerville and on the Somerville Housing Authority’s website at www.sha-web.org.
A forty-five (45) day review and comment period will commence on Friday, October 24, 2025. Any questions may be directed to Adam Garvey, Deputy Director at 617-996-0913 or email adamg@sha-web.org.
