The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities is seeking public comments as part of its investigation into gas and electric delivery rates (D.P.U. 25-200). The review aims to reduce customer costs, improve transparency, and limit bill volatility.

Comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026 via email to dpu.efiling@mass.gov and DPU25200.Investigation@mass.gov. Submissions should include the docket number (D.P.U. 25-200), the name of the submitter, and clearly indicate that the document is a written comment.
