A virtual neighborhood meeting will be held regarding the proposed redevelopment at 314-316 Somerville Ave by the applicant Belmont Hill Corp, represented by Joe the Architect, LLC. The proposed redevelopment is for a 3-story general building that will infill the site where a previous 1-story commercial building once stood. This building has been demolished due to a previous fire and is currently an empty site. The building will contain 7 Residential Units and 1 Commercial Tenant that will be seeking site plan approval and a special permit for residential use from the Planning Board.
This meeting has been coordinated with Somerville Ward 2 City Councilor JT Scott and the City of Somerville’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD). Email questions to Councilor JT Scott at jtscott@somervillema.gov
