Come learn about mindfulness and how it can help you get a better
handle on your life. Very simply, mindfulness is a way of paying
attention to your present moment experience. It helps you stay calmer
and more focused -- so you can make clearheaded choices even through
tough times.

This session covers the mechanisms of stress, as well as some simple
meditation practices you can start doing at home.  This workshop is free
and is open to the first 25 people who register by clicking here.

A second workshop will be held on Feb 28th, 7:30-9:00 pm.  The second
session builds on the first and shows how to bring mindfulness into
daily life.  You can register for this workshop by clicking here.

These workshops are taught by Sunada Takagi,
an Ordained Buddhist minister and Certified Professional Coach. Sunada
has been practicing meditation since 1995, and teaching since 2000. You
can read her Mindful Living blog here.
