LOCATION

A mere half-mile from where the earliest American flag was ever raised you can hear Aaron Draplin of Draplin Design Co.
talk about graphics, design, and graphic design…from Alaskan
dishwashing missions to working with big-time advertisers via DDC HQ
(i.e. Portland, OR), Aaron will ruminate and enlighten all comers.

About The DDC:
Located in the mighty Pacific Northwest, the Draplin Design Co. proudly
rolls up its sleeves on a number of projects related to the Print,
Identity, Web Development, Illustration and Gocco Muscle categories.
Making stuff for Coal Headwear, Union Binding Co., Richmond Fontaine,
Field Notes, Esquire, Nike, Wired, Timberline, Chunklet, Incase, Giro,
Cobra Dogs, Burton Snowboards, Hughes Entertainment, Chuck Prophet, and
even the Obama Administration, if you can believe that.

This event is organized by the Friends of the Somerville Public Library, and made possible by the kind support of The Barbarian Group,
a marketing and advertising agency that offers digital services
including creative, technical, user experience, strategy, media
planning, social media and product design and development.
