LOCATION
Children are natural yogis; they will have a blast exploring their new
moves while building strong body and breath awareness, cooperative
skills, and self-confidence.
Janine Duffy is certified to teach children’s yoga through Radiant Child
Yoga. She teaches children’s yoga at Bow Street Yoga in Union Square.
Limited to 12 kids. Tickets will be distributed in the children’s room one hour prior to beginning of each session.
This free program is funded by the Friends of the Library.
