LET’S TALK ABOUT STRESS

 

You are invited to SCAP’s Community Conversation on

 Youth Mental Health.

 

PLEASE COME AND SHARE YOUR OPINION

 

 

What is youth stress? What can we do to help?

 

 

A panel presentation and open community discussion for parents, grandparents, children, teachers, counselors, mentors and community members to discuss the effects of stress on youth mental health and what the community can do to recognize and reduce youth stress.

 

Topics for discussion:

-         What are youth stressors?

-         The role of parent mental health on youth.

-         Mental health in Somerville Schools.

-         What are diversity related stress issues?

-         What would you like to see the community do to help reduce youth stress?
