LOCATION

Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and Ward 1 Alderman Bill Roche invite all interested community members to attend a public meeting to discuss streetscape improvements on East Broadway. The meeting, which was rescheduled from a January 26th date due to snow, will be held on Thursday, March 3rd at 7:00 p.m. at the Cross Street Senior Center,165 Broadway. Elected officials and representatives from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation will present information on the proposed project, which consists of the reconstruction of Broadway from Garfield Ave. to the Boston City Line. Work includes streetscape and safety improvements, crosswalk improvements, wider sidewalks and new bike lanes.
