LOCATION

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 140 Section 157, the Somerville Police Department will be conducting a public hearing on a dog complaint to determine whether two dogs are a nuisance or dangerous dogs, in accordance with Section 157 or other applicable law.  Said canines named “CASHEW” & “BLIZZARD" are owned by Boey Bertold and Lisa Maurietto and are housed at 84 Husdon Street, Somerville, MA.  This hearing will be conducted in the Somerville Police Academy Room, located at 220 Washington Street, Somerville, MA 02143 on June 27 at 11:00 am. 

Anyone wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
