- September: Integrate feedback from today's meeting into document.
- November: Hold public forum after director has been hired to review/revise the recommendations. Publish final recommendations.
- Spring: Public or Rec Task Force meeting to check on progress with recommendations and prepare for FY16 budget process.
- 6:40 p.m. Rec Director Hiring Process
- About 110 applicants
- First round interviews will occur in next two weeks or so
- Several people have volunteered to interview finalists: Jill Guardia, Lynn Ingersoll, Guillermo Hamlin
- Each sub-group developed a question to use as part of the interview process
