To go into Executive Session In the matter of Somerville Municipal Employees Association v. the City of Somerville (Class Action Retirement Board) AAA Case No. 01-14-0000-1616, to discuss potential conflicts of interest and potential waiver regarding legal representation of the City in that matter.
