This is an online version of the General Exercise class that welcomes the LGBTQIA+ community and allies. Enjoy seated exercises with the option to use dumbbells and work on standing strength and balance. This easy-to-follow workout focuses on functional fitness to maintain an independent lifestyle. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call.

Every Thursday is September except September 10th.  Coffee & Snack from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Bingo starts at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m.
