Let’s take what we have learned from the food groups and food label and put it to work on creating some food plans.

Zumba Gold® uses Latin and international rhythms and is a lower-intensity version of Zumba® to cater to active older adults. It uses easy-to-follow moves that focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination.

This one-hour session will treat you to a playlist of diverse musical offerings: a little jazz, some "oldies but goodies," a smidgen of classical, a dip into barbershop, a trip to Broadway.

Wednesday September 4th, 11th, and 18th and Thursday September 5th and 19th at 1:00pm on Zoom.

The Somerville Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) task force will hold a public meeting at City Hall in the sub-committee room at 93 Highland Ave.

All are invited to gather for the ceremony at the 9/11 Memorial in Davis Square.

A Board of Trustees hybrid meeting will be held in person at the Central Library auditorium at 79 Highland Avenue and on Zoom.

This meeting is open to the public.
