Knowing our strength and our body mass can help us understand what our bodies need. We will be offering bodyfat compositions and hand grip strengths to help us learn how we can fuel ourselves to the best capacity.

Zumba Gold® uses Latin and international rhythms and is a lowerintensity version of Zumba® for active older adults. It uses easy-tofollow moves that focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Enjoy SCOA’s signature General Exercise class in the comfort of your home! Simply click a zoom link to join the live class online. This is a chair-based workout with the option to use light handheld weights and do supported standing strength and balance activities. Enjoy easy-to follow cardio, strength training, mobility, and flexibility patterns.
