LOCATION

The Office of the Mayor of the City of Somerville, as Issuing Authority, has scheduled a Cable Television Renewal License Transfer Hearing to be held on Wednesday, November, 16, 2016, at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 93 Highland Ave., Somerville, MA, in the 3rd floor OSPCD Conference Room. The purpose of the hearing will be to review the FCC Form 394 completed transfer request received by the City on September 17, 2016. The Form 394 seeks the Mayor’s approval for a transfer of control of the Cable Television Licensee from Yankee Cable Partners, LLC to Radiate Holdings, LP. The public is invited to attend and be heard at this hearing.

A copy of the FCC Form 394 is in the Somerville City Clerk’s Office and may be viewed during regular business hours. Interested parties can call the Communications Office at (617) 625-6600 x2103 for more information.
