Curtatone and Cedar Murdock Partners, LLC are pleased to announce four (4) income-restricted condos available for purchase through the City of Somerville’s Inclusionary Housing Program, located at Cedar Place in Somerville (17-25 Murdock Street). Two and three bedroom condos. will be offered to income-eligible households at below market-rate prices via an application and lottery process.
