Inclusionary Housing Program staff will be launching an income-restricted rental opportunity tomorrow with Maloney Properties, the lottery agency, hired by Marka, developers of CALA (formerly known as the Powderhouse School). We will have a total of eight (8) apartments for rent there including artist and elderly affordable units.
