Notice is hereby given that a Virtual Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Adult Use Marijuana Retail Establishment is scheduled for Thursday, January 27th, 2021. The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM and will include discussion about the proposed use in accordance with M.G.L. ch. 94G and the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s regulations at 935 CMR 500.000 and 935 CMR 501.000 et seq.

The proposed Adult Use Marijuana Retail Establishment for Sira Naturals is anticipated to be located at 240 Elm Street, Somerville, MA 01244. Interested members of the community are encouraged to ask questions and receive answers from company representatives about the proposed facility and operations. Questions can be submitted in advance of the January 27
meeting to community@siranaturals.org. Responses to these questions will be provided at the meeting.

A copy of this notice has been published in the Somerville Times at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the meeting as well as filed with the appropriate municipal entities, including the Town Clerk. This notice was also certified mailed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting to all abutters within 300 feet of the property line of the petitioner.
