This 4-week workshop will help us enjoy foods and reach satiety, or the sensation of feeling full, while making healthy choices. It’s time to get back to basics, ditch the rules, use sound nutrition as a guideline and truly listen to what our bodies need. It’s time for mindful eating. We will learn:  How to determine a healthier food  How to balance our dietary needs  How to read hunger and satiety signals Classes will meet Wednesdays, July 27th, August 3rd, August 10th , & August 31st at the Holland Street Center from 10:00am – 11:00am Class space is limited, please contact Mary at 617 625-6600 ext. 2316 or headtofitness10@yahoo.com
