Pursuant to the City of Somerville’s Zoning Ordinance, this notice is being mailed by certified mail to all direct abutters, and abutters of abutters within 300 feet of 28-44 Broadway, and all other known parties in interest, in accordance with Somerville Zoning Code Section 15.1.7.
A virtual neighborhood meeting will be held on July 24, 2023 at 6:30 PM, regarding the proposed redevelopment of 28-44 Broadway by the proponent, Highland Development, Inc. The proponent is proposing a major plan revision/major amendment to the approved project, though the proposed redevelopment will continue to be a 6-story residential building with ground floor retail use and one level of below grade parking. This meeting has been coordinated with Somerville Ward 1 City Councilor Matthew McLaughlin.
