Lead by: Tarsha Bethel-Stacke Tai Chi is a traditional practice focused on coordinated movements, breathing and meditation. Stemming from Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts, Tai Chi is correlated to improved balance, strength, and mental well-being. All levels are welcome!
