LOCATION

Eating an assortment of foods provide different types and amounts of key nutrients, it is important to choose a variety from within each food group. As a bonus, choosing a variety of foods will help to make your meals interesting, so that you don't get bored with your diet.

Join us at our weekly classes to learn more on each food group and how to balance your diet. 

Mondays, May 6th, 13th & 20th from 11:00am-11:45am via ZOOM 
Mondays, May 6th, 13th & 20th 12:30pm -1:15pm at the Ralph & Jenny Center 
Wednesdays May 1st, 15th, 22nd & 29th 10:00am-10:45am at the Holland Street Center 
Special time Wednesday, May 8th at 9:00am – 9:45am at the Holland Street Center
