A lifetime of healthy eating can help prevent health problems like obesity, heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and some types of cancer. Make your everyday meal an opportunity to make a healthy choice.

Mondays: August 5th, August 12th, August 19th & August 26th 11:00am-11:45am via ZOOM

To RSVP and the Zoom link please contact Mary Marshall at Headtofitness10@yahoo.com or call 617 625-6600 ext.2316
