Over the last few months, we have learned that reading the Food Label will keep us informed and helps us make more informed choices about what we are putting into our bodies. A lifetime of healthy eating can help prevent health problems like obesity, heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and some types of cancer. Make your everyday meal an opportunity to make a healthy choice.
