Please join the development team, the City of Somerville, and Ward 1 City Councilor Matt McLaughlin for a virtual neighborhood meeting. 

In this neighborhood meeting, the development team will present plans regarding the special permit application and hardship variance application for the proposed modifications to 11 Garfield Avenue, Somerville, MA. During the meeting there will be an opportunity to discuss the application and the proposed design. The development team will use this feedback during the planning process and attach it with the application for a special permit.
