LOCATION

HHS/LGBTQ+ Services will be hosting these drop-in Name Change Clinics in collaboration with Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition, City of Cambridge LGBTQ+ Commission, and the Cambridge Public Library. 

MTPC will bring printed blank required forms, printed example forms, writing utensils, envelopes, iPad/laptop to complete MTPC's financial assistance application, volunteer notaries, volunteer legal assistance, and a portable printer.

These will be on Tuesday 2/11 from 5:30-7:30 at Cambridge Public Library Central Branch and Sunday 3/2 1:30-3:30 at Somerville Public Library Central Branch.
