The City of Somerville’s Board of Health will host a public hearing to review potential changes to the Regulation of the Somerville Board of Health Restricting the Sale of Nicotine/Tobacco Products. The proposed regulation changes are available below.

Individuals from the public are welcome to attend the meeting.

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, this public meeting will be conducted via remote participation.
