Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville Department of Veterans’ Services invite the community to join the 4th Annual Health and Wellness Day on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lincoln Park (290 Washington St.)
The Health and Wellness Day is open to the entire community, with something for everyone to enjoy while learning more about local supports available for physical, mental, and family well-being.
This free, family-friendly event is designed to promote wellness for all ages and to connect Veterans, first responders, and their families with health and wellness resources.
Attendees will enjoy a range of activities, including:
- Wellness education and resource tables
- Fitness classes such as yoga, Zumba, and strengthening
- Chair massages
- Children’s activities including a bounce house and face painting
- Free healthy snacks
