LOCATION

Participants are immersed in music and rhythm from West Africa and beyond via hands-on drumming. Session includes basic instruction in drum sound production, simple rhythm, songs, stories, and movement. Join in with a variety of hand percussion instruments and by clapping, singing, and moving, or simply by listening and sharing energies.

RSVP IS REQUIRED, preference given to Somerville residents as space is limited. Please RSVP to Michelle at 617-625-6600 x2315 to reserve your spot in this class.
