Representatives from Northern Bank will join us to discuss scams that target veterans. These scams use deceptive tactics to convince veterans and their loved ones that they are entitled to benefits due to their service. These scammers will try to enroll veterans into programs that may not be financially beneficial for them, while charging unnecessary fees.

This program has been implemented as a result of the Aging in Somerville Community Needs Assessment. It is thanks to feedback from our community that we are able to offer programs to help older adults continue to age well in Somerville.

Please see flyer for additional details.
