The deadline for taxpayers to appeal the assessed value of their property is February 1st, 2015. The City of Somerville's Assessor's Office will be holding extended office hours on the following dates to answer property owners' questions:
Tuesday, January 6, 2015: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Wednesday, January 7, 2015: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Tuesday, January 13, 2015: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Wednesday, January 14, 2015: 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM
