Two Affordable Homeownership Opportunities in Somerville: 411 & 432 Norfolk St.

Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville Housing Division are pleased to announce two affordable homeownership opportunities to income-eligible, first-time homebuyers through the City’s Inclusionary Housing Program: one 3-bedroom unit at 411 Norfolk St. and one 1-bedroom unit at 432 Norfolk St. Both condos will be offered to households earning between 81% and 110% of the area median income (AMI).

Powder House Boulevard and Alewife Brook Parkway Intersection Redesign Community Meeting, February 1, 2023

Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and Ward 7 Councilor Judy Pineda Neufeld invite you to a virtual community meeting to learn about the City’s reconstruction of the intersection at Powder House Boulevard and Alewife Brook Parkway. 

City contractors will reconstruct the existing traffic circle to create a T-shaped intersection with traffic signals. Construction will begin this winter and is expected to continue through the fall of 2024.
