In Somerville, mayors give a midterm address every other year to update residents on work done over the past year and outline goals and priorities for the coming year. Mayor Curtatone's address, originally scheduled for February 3, 2021, has been postponed, and a new date will be announced shortly.

An affordable one bedroom disabled-accessible unit is now available at Montaje. Income Restrictions apply and households must need the special features of the unit to be eligible. The unit is available first-come, first-served to the first eligible household. The rent for the unit is $1,221.
