LGBTQ Family Celebration
The Somerville Office of Commissions and LGBTQ Liaison Andra Oshinsky invite all community members to join the City of Somerville in celebrating International Family Equality Day on May 3, 2015. For the first time, Somerville will join in the annual event with LGBTQ family organizations from around the world to increase the international visibility of LGBTQ families.
Candlelight Vigil for Nepal Earthquake Victims
Please join Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone, the Somerville Office of Commissions and the Somerville Health and Human Services Department on the evening Wed., April 29 for a candlelight vigil in remembrance of the victims of this weekend’s devastating earthquake in Nepal, and to support Somerville’s Nepali community members as the rescue and cleanup efforts continue.
