Lead by: Tarsha Bethel-Stacke Tai Chi is a traditional practice focused on coordinated movements, breathing and meditation. Stemming from Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts, Tai Chi is correlated to improved balance, strength, and mental wellbeing. All levels are welcome!

With the increased access and exposure to various gambling-related products over the last few years (and especially the last month), this training (available in English and Chinese) will offer community members a chance to learn more about gambling, the signs of problem gambling, how to prevent problem gambling, and available resources.
