Intro to Flamenco dance for adult beginners.  Flamenco is a Spanish dance style, passionate and full of moments of joy. Finger and body movements make us feel free to express ourselves and our feelings and the characteristic rhythm stimulates our heartbeat. 

Join us and learn about scam prevention, get assistance with your technology questions, have some coffee, see friends and talk with our staff!

More entertaining than exercise. More energizing than a performance. Come join for an energetic combination of live music, chair-based movement, music history, trivia, and community.  Participation is encouraged but all are welcome to just sit and enjoy!
