Join the signature SCOA class in the East Somerville area. We’ll use a play ball, resistance band, and handheld weights to do seated exercises with optional standing strength and balance activities. Enjoy music while doing easy-to-follow functional movements that help support an independent and active lifestyle.

Add some movement to your day! General Exercise is a chair-based fitness class with supported standing strength training and balance. We use a play ball, handheld weights and resistance band to work on functional and therapeutic movement patterns. Enjoy moving to music while doing easy-to-follow cardio, mobility, strengthening and stretching exercises.
Head to Union Square from 1 to 6 p.m., shop, sip, follow the Festivus Trail, enjoy window displays and holiday lights, pose with crazy inflatables, vie for prizes, take Elfie Selfies, and more.
