Balletone is a program for the Non-Dancer and everyBODY. Ballet techniques provide a foundation for healthier posture, body alignment, improved balance, and control of the body. Balletone is influenced by Pilates, with centering and flowing transitions that are gentle and slow.
We are celebrating our urban forest with a special Somerville Arbor Day event on June 26th.

Celeste Gearhart, Director of Public Health Nursing, along with Ella Fernando, Public Health Nurse will be at the COA the last Thursday of the month to take your blood pressure.
Join us every other Thursday at Connexion from 11 am – 1 pm. We will provide hygiene kits, snacks, and referrals to internal and external partners for various services.
Join us for this staff-led discussion group which covers a range of topics thought up by participants. This is a friendly group, where all topics are discussed respectfully.
Grab-n-Go lunch available upon request.
