Classes will offer the same session of gentle, easy-to-follow movements meant to be performed while sitting or standing.

In the third session, the RSJ Department will facilitate a panel discussion and community Q&A with members from the Somerville Police Department around their work, how the police department might interact with different civilian oversight entities in Somerville, and allow attendees to ask questions to the panelists directly.
