With students back in school and the cooler temperatures approaching, it’s a reminder that cold and flu season is quickly approaching and it’s time for the annual flu vaccine clinics offered by the City of Somerville Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
On Tuesday, November 5, Somerville voters have the opportunity to cast ballots for Mayor, Ward City Councilor, City Councilors-at-Large, and School Committee members. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Somerville Public Library and St. Mark Community Education Program will host a free, 12-part Citizenship Interview Preparation Class on Saturdays this fall in partnership with Project Citizenship. The class is designed to prepare participants for all parts of their citizenship test, from literacy to U.S.
