Neighbors Talking to Neighbors (N2N) is a new City initiative aimed at strengthening community connections via open, respectful conversation, as ongoing cultural turmoil leads to increased feelings of isolation, division, and fear.
Experiencing grief can be overwhelming but you don't have to do it alone.
The Somerville Council on Aging will be hosting a six-week grief support group.

Studies have found that virtual reality can help reduce stress, decrease isolation, reduce pain and lower fall risk.
