Parts and Crafts Tour
Parts and Crafts is a member supported, 501(c)(3) family makerspace in Somerville where kids are encouraged to think, make, learn and do through the exploration of the arts, science, computer programming and engineering - a cluster of disciplines they refer to as "the creative application of technical skills."
Urban Agriculture Training Workshop (Apply by March 1, 2018)
SPONSORED BY THE CITY OF SOMERVILLE and stemming from the passage of Somerville's Urban Agriculture Ordinance, the first in New England, the 2018 Urban Ag Ambassador (UAA) program trains Somerville residents in urban agriculture in exchange for 30 hours of community volunteer service.

Beacon Street Reconstruction Updates and Q&A
Please join Ward 2 Alderman JT Scott, the Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, MassDOT and Beacon St. Reconstruction Project staff on Monday, March 19, for a community meeting to discuss the ongoing roadway reconstruction. The team will provide updates on the 2018 construction season and answer questions from attendees. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.
