Public meeting to discuss potential boundaries for a Union Square Historic District
Public meeting location has been changed to the Trufts Administrative Building, at 167 Holland St in the lower level.
The City of Somerville is pleased to announce the
kickoff meeting for the Central Broadway/Winter Hill Roadway & Streetscape Improvements Project,
On Tuesday, April 15, counselors and support staff from the City's Trauma Response Network will be available at the Public Safety Building, 220 Washington Street, for any and all community members needing their services. Members of the public are also invited to visit the Public Safety Building for reflection, remembrances, or memorials throughout the day.
The City's annual Shape Up Somerville/ Somerville Recreation Road Race will expand for its 5th annual race, jumping from a 2.7-mile road race to a fully-certified 5K. On Sunday, April 13, starting and ending at the Somerville High School concourse, events will begin with a 1-mile children's "Fun Run" at 10:30 a.m., followed by a 5K race at 11a.m.
The Somerville Bicycle Committee public meeting has been rescheduled due to schedule conflict.

The City of Somerville Health Department and the Somerville Office of Prevention, in cooperation with Teen Empowerment and Save Our Somerville, invite all interested community members to a free workshop and discussion on substance abuse, prescription drug misuse, and education, as well as strategies for support systems and treatment, recovery, and coping mechanisms for victims and families.
