Pursuant to Somerville Zoning Ordinance, Section 15.1.3 and Section 15.3.2.d.(i)(b), the owner of 620 Broadway, The 620 Broadway LLC (the Applicant), will present its Site Plan to redevelop the property with a 1-story building. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted a height variance in this regard on December 5, 2021.

This is a public meeting of the Somerville Bicycle Advisory Committee. The meeting will be held virtually in compliance with Governor Baker’s emergency orders regarding the Open Meeting Law. 

Somerville Prevention will be hosting two opportunities for adult/caregiver community members to participate and give feedback about substance misuse efforts in Somerville via Zoom. Community members will be compensated with a $25 Target gift card for participating. The Mobility Division is hosting a series of virtual Bicycle Network Planning workshops in February and March. Join us for these small group sessions to discuss potential connected bike routes. This workshop is specifically for young adults, ages 24 years and younger.
