Pursuant to Somerville Zoning Ordinance, Section 15.1.3 and Section 15.3.2.d.(i)(b), the owner of 620 Broadway, The 620 Broadway LLC (the Applicant), will present its Site Plan to redevelop the property with a 1-story building. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted a height variance in this regard on December 5, 2021.

Somerville Prevention will be hosting two opportunities for adult/caregiver community members to participate and give feedback about substance misuse efforts in Somerville via Zoom.
