The City of Somerville’s Racial and Social Justice (RSJ) Department is leading a community-driven initiative to reimagine policing and public safety across the city.

This playful class is for everyone—regardless of health, age, or ability. We alternate between sitting and standing, but you can remain seated the whole time and still get the benefits. Out of shape? Limited mobility? Recent surgery or injury? This is the perfect class to get you moving again.

Held every Monday at our Ralph & Jenny Center located at 9 New Washington Street (behind the Holiday Inn) from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
