Pursuant to Somerville Zoning Ordinance, Section 15.1.3 and Section 15.3.2.d.(i)(b), the owner of 620 Broadway, The 620 Broadway LLC (the Applicant), will present its Site Plan to redevelop the property with a 1-story building.
