On the Illumination of Lights Tour
On Saturday, Dec. 19, residents and visitors are invited to the Somerville Arts Council’s Illuminations beginning at 4:30 p.m. The popular tour takes attendees aboard trolleys across the City to discover some of the most brightly decorated homes throughout the City for the holiday season. Tours depart from the City Hall Concourse every 45 minutes.
Community Preservation Committee
All Community Preservation Committee meetings are open to the public. The Committee will generally meet the fourth Wednesday of every month beginning on March 25, 2015. The standard meeting location is the third floor community room at the Visiting Nurse Association at 259 Lowell St., but please check the agenda for each meeting to verify the location.

Public Hearing on Economic Inequality
All are invited to a Public Hearing before the Board of Aldermen on Thursday, December 10, 2015, at 7 p.m., in the Aldermanic Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 93 Highland Ave. to provide public input on the issue of economic inequality. Please come share your concerns, suggestions, requests and ideas on how to address economic inequality in Somerville.
