The City of Somerville, City of Cambridge, and Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) invite community members to a public hearing on the Draft Updated Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan.

This is an online version of the General Exercise class that welcomes the LGBTQIA+ community and allies. Enjoy seated exercises with the option to use dumbbells and work on standing strength and balance. This easy-to-follow workout focuses on functional fitness to maintain an independent lifestyle.

These workshops are designed to prepare people without professional medical training to take lifesaving action during the critical minutes before first responders arrive. No prior training or experience is required. The series is presented by the Somerville Office of Emergency Management, and is an initiative supported by FEMA (the Federal Emergency Management Agency).
