In FY20, $2,504,337 was awarded to 10 projects:
- 5 affordable housing, 2 historic resources, 3 open space/recreational land
- 8 are community projects and 2 are City projects

The City of Somerville’s New Small Business Vitality Grant offers up to 12 months of rental support for physical storefronts, with a maximum of $50,000.
